Lockout Box screen - HxGN EAM - 12.1 - Feature Briefs - Hexagon

Use the Lockout Box screen to manage your lockout boxes as follows:

1. Lockout Box - Unique identification of the box.

2. Description - Short description of the box.

3. Organization - The organization associated to the box.

4. Location Note - Free text field describing the location in more detail, if required.

5. Current PTW - References the current permit to work that is using this box. This field is automatically populated when the permit to work gets to the point that it is isolated. The value is cleared automatically when that same permit to work reaches the point that the isolation is undone.

6. In Use - This field is automatically flagged when the permit to work gets to the point it is isolated. And the flag is removed automatically when the isolation is undone.
