Multiple fields on the Test Points tab of the Equipment screen are not being updated when the user updates a test point of the associated category and then selects the 'Update Equipment' link button on the Categories | Test Points tab. Some fields *are* updated through this button/process, such as Test Point and Comments fields; but others including Alert Tolerance, Increment, Device Range To/From, Output Range To/From, Process Tolerance To/From & Process Range To/From are not. **Issue observed during Round 1 regression testing for EAM 11.7.1 release.** _________________________________________________________________ *Steps to Reproduce:* [https:// |https:// |smart-link] (Note that this environment is currently set to LGNEAM = 'EXTERN'; so configure external user same as the above user). # Navigate to the Categories screen. Create a new Category record (i.e. see 'CAT-TEST'). # For this record, navigate to the Test Points tab. Create a corresponding test point for the category, specifying values for all required fields and optional fields (i.e. Test Point, Test Point UOM, Device Tolerance To/From, Percentage, Comments, Alert Tolerance, Increment, Device Range To/From, Output Range To/From, Process Tolerance To/From & Process Range To/From). Submit the test point record. *See image 1 attached.* Navigate to the Asset screen. Create a new equipment record, specifying the equipment Category as the category created in step 1 above (i.e. 'CAT-TEST'). *See image 2 attached.* Navigate to the Test Points tab for the new equipment record created in step 3 above. Observe that the details of the test point for this equipment record are the same as specified in step 2 above. *See image 3 attached.* Navigate back to the category record created in step 1, and select the Test Points tab. Update both required and optional fields, such as Test Point, Percentage, Comments, Alert Tolerance, Increment, Device Range To/From, Output Range To/From, Process Tolerance To/From & Process Range To/From. Submit the updated record. *See image 4 attached.* # Select the 'Update Equipment' link button. Respond "Yes" to update test point data for the related equipment record. # Note success message is displayed. Navigate to the equipment record created in step 3 above and select the Test Points tab. *See image 5 attached.* *Issue:* Only select fields appear as updated. Note that the 'Update Equipment' link button/process is *not* updating Alert Tolerance, Increment, Device Range To/From, Output Range To/From, Process Tolerance To/From & Process Range To/From fields on the Test Points tab of the equipment record. *Expected:* All fields should be updated per alternate flow *_7.2.11 User Clicks The Update Equipment_* Button of *_EAM.EQUIP.REQ.TestPointsForEquipment_* use case. |
