SG-1228 Data Lake - Wrong data being sent over after 11.7.1 upgrade

 Description 

Incorrect data is being sent over to data lake from EAM after the maintenance patch to upgrade to 11.7.1.

On EAM DB, empty fields, but also populated fields, are being synchronized to data lake with different values, sometimes not even respecting the data type of the fields.

This is not table specific.

*Steps to reproduce:*

* on an 11.7.1 cloud build, create a schedule on the Data Lake Upload Setup screen for table R5ACTCHECKLISTS and activate both table and schedule

* on ION, add the new eam_R5ACTCHECKLISTS element to the EAM_IMS connection point and the data lake flow, then restart the data lake flow

* In EAM, create a WO with an activity and add a task plan to that activity that has a checklist associated

* verify the checklist items are there on the Work Order | Checklists tab

* wait for the schedule to be picked up for the sync over to data lake

*Expected results:*

The same data as there are on the EAM database for each record should be reflected on the data lake

*Actual results:*

Invalid/incorrect values are instead being sent for some of the fields.
