Customer reported in EAM 11.6 202103 seeing different behaviour when accessing a screen from Start Center | Inbox when the screen is cached vs when not in cache. It looks like the inbox hyperlink filter is ignored when the screen is in cache. +*Steps to Reproduce*+: (please see details attached) # Setup an inbox entry with an inbox hyperlink filter further restricting dataspy where clause. For example select screen WSAPPR - Revision Approval. # Make sure the screen WSAPPR is not in cache, logout and login. # From start center, double click on the inbox entry and verify inbox hyperlink filter was applied. # Add screen WSAPPR to cache, logout and login. # From start center, double click on the inbox entry and check if inbox hyperlink filter was applied. *Actual results*: Inbox hyperlink filter is ignored and records which do not meet the filter are included. *Expected results*: Inbox hyperlink filter is applied. |
