When performing E-Signatures in EAM and with the server running in DEBUG mode the E-Signature passwords are visible in clear text? It is intentional? It seems to be a regression from known issue EAM-48001. Issue has been logged by same customer as in EAM-48001. Issue has been reproduced on support environment, since client can not provide with a copy of the DB. Steps to reproduce 1.Set Debug mode in log4j.xml file. 2.Enable eSignature for any screen. Ex: Work Orders 3. Complete eSignature (User ID, Password, Signature Type). Here the password displays masked 4. Check on server.log, here the Password is visible Line 157745: *Actual:* The password under ESIGNATURE element is visible. *Expected:* Please make sure that the password under ESIGNATURE element is masked. |
