EAM-55256 CLONE - Work Orders - error 'The work order cannot be completed because part reservations exist for one or more activities' when changing status field to Closed

 Description 

1. Create Work Order

2. Activities tab - add an activity

3. Parts tab - add a part and populate 1 in the Reservation Qty field and leave the Planned Qty field null and click submit button

4. Click on the part record in the grid and change the Reservation Qty to 0 and click submit button

5.Work Order | Record View tab - change status to Closed/Completed

Actual Results - Error message displays "The work order cannot be completed because part reservations exist for one or more activities."

Expected Results - Work Order closes with no error message because Reservation QTY = 0 on the Parts tab
