EAM-54271 CLONE - Supplier Returns | Parts - Error about combination of Manufacturer and Manufacturer Part Number displays on submit

 Description 

1. Set Install Parameter MANUPART=NO (this is the default)

2. Parts | Manufacturers. Add a Manufacturer, but no Manufacturer part # to your Part. (EAM allows this)

3. Create a Purchase Order and add the part from step 2. Add a manufacturer name but no manufacturer part number (these fields will need to be made visible). Approve the PO.

4. Receive the part either through the PO Receipt screen or by right-clicking on the PO header and choosing "Receive All Parts".

5. Create a supplier return. The header record is created and saved successfully. When the part is added and then saved, the system displays this error: "This combination of Manufacturer and Manufacturer Part Number is not set up for the selected part or is out of service. To update the catalog, go to the Manufacturers tab of the Part screen." (making any update here on the Manufactures tab of the Part screen or adding a manufacture part number here after the fact still does not allow you to get past this message when performing a supplier return.

Actual Results: Cannot commit the record when adding the part to return. This message is generated - "This combination of Manufacturer and Manufacturer Part Number is not set up for the selected part or is out of service. To update the catalog, go to the Manufacturers tab of the Part screen."

Expected Results: Perform a supplier return when only a manufacturer (and not a manufacturer part number) is on its corresponding PO line. This process currently works for receipts.
