EAM-54111 CLONE - Purchase Orders | Services - PO header status changes to Cancelled after partial receipt

 Description 

On a Purchase Order with parts line and service line, when we cancel the service line (after parts were fully received and service partially), the PO header goes to status cancelled while it should not

This is what use case states :

§ 6.2.23 USer updates status line

If the user cancels a PO Line and as a result all lines (Part & Service) are not Active and at least one line has a Receipt Qty > 0, the system will update PO Header Status to the value of install parameter POSTALLR

Steps to reproduce :

1/ Create a new requisition for supplier XXX with a Part line and approve

2/ Create new requisition also for supplier XXX with a service line (hours booked > 0) and approve

3/ Generate PO screen to create 1 PO for the 2 requisitions

4/ Approve the PO

5/ Go to Book Vendor Hours tab of work orders screen and make a partial booking (do not book all the hours). The PO header status changes to Partially Received (POSTRECV)

6/ PO Receipts - receive All the parts from the PO

7/ Now go to your PO and change the status of the Service line to Cancelled

8/ The PO header changes also to Cancelled but it should change to the value of install parameter POSTALLR
