EAM-51945 PM Schedules | Equipment - Due Date can be change to same date as Original PM Due Date in existing PM WO

 Description 

In PM Schedules | Equipment, it is allowing user to change the due date to be same date as existing PM WO Original PM Due date. However in Generate WOs, the PM WO is not generated because system will not create duplicate-duplicate PM WO. This resulted in the PM Equipment getting stuck in the system and not able to generate future PM WO.

Steps:

1. Create a duplicate PM Schedule 'PM1' and add equipment '100001', set the Due Date as '26-MAY-2021'.

2. Go to Generate WOs to generate the PM WO for 'PM1' and equipment '10001' which created WO '10069'. Nothing is updated for this PM WO. Original PM Due Date is 26-MAY-2021

3. Go back to PM Schedule 'PM1' and change equipment '100001' Due Date to '26-MAY-2021', it is allowed to save.

4. Go to Generate WOs and try to generate the PM for 'PM1', it did not generate any PM WO and also in PM Schedules | Equipment, the due date remains unchanged. This PM equipment is now stuck and not able to generate future PM WO.

Expected Results : Equipment due date should not allow to change to be same as Original PM Due Date, or if this change is allowed, then in Generate WOs, since it is not creating the PM WO, it should auto move the Equipment due date to the next due date.

Actual Results : PM equipment stuck and not able to generate future PM WO
