SG-691 Purchase Orders | Parts - Canceling po line error 'This field is not updateable'

 Description 

1.Go to Purchasing | Purchase Orders

2.Search for po 927786

3.On Parts tab, select line 2 and change status to canceled.

4.When prompted to cancel requisition line select yes

Expected Result - Line is canceled

Actual result - This field is not updateable
