Customer enabled ‘Display Time Element’ for a User Defined Date field 01 in Work Order | Book Vendor Labor screen. Then they trigger a databridge outbound event for SyncServiceConsumption, the BOD file generated with the field for eam.UDFDATE01 with only Date and no Time component. *Steps:* #Go to Work Orders | Book Vendor Labor and enter screen designer mode. On one of the User Defined Date 01 field, click on User Defined Options and check ‘Display Time Element’. #Retrieve Work Order 23780 and go to Book Vendor Labor, there are a few records with the UDF Date01 with datetime values. #Go to Databridge Message Status list view and filter for Context ID contains ‘23780’, Document contains ‘consu’. The SyncServiceConsumption BOD file generated with the field for eam.UDFDATE01 with only Date and no Time component. *Actual Results:* Only Date is generated for BOD for User Defined Date fields *Expected Results:* Datetime should generate for BOD for User Defined Date fields if Time is available |
