GISSYNCA = ON GIS Add-On version 12.1 In EAM: Create 2 new Classes for Entity OBJ • Example I used - Lease and Property # Associate Custom Fields • Entity = OBJ and Class = Lease • Add a Custom Field • Associate another Custom Fields • Entity = OBJ and Class = Property # Go to Assets and select one of your GIS Assets For my example use 10022 • Populate the Class with Property • Populate something in your custom field you associated. In GISPro # Map Feature Attributes • Source = Both • GIS Attribute = CustomField • HxGN EAM Attributes – use the lookup and select your Custom Field for Class = Property • Owner = HxGN EAM # Synchronize Attributes • Layer = GWS2.GWS2.Fireline • Check Consider only Feature selected on the map • Click View Discrepancies • No Discrepancies were found for the specified criteria Go Back into EAM # Associate Custom Fields • Entity = OBJ and Class = Lease • Delete the Associated Custom Field Go Back into GISPro # Synchronize Attributes • Layer = GWS2.GWS2.Fireline • Check Consider only Feature selected on the map • Click View Discrepancies • Now it will find the Discrepancy |
