Set the RDRV install parameter to FULL to initiate the reliability calculations the first time. Depending on the size of your database, the process may take a while to run.
Make sure to activate the RDRV job on the Job Setup screen.
After the initial run, the system only needs to process changes on a day-to-day basis. You can use FULL as well to start over after reliability numbers have been calculated, but you have changed one of the install parameters for example.
Install Parameter |
Description |
Default Value |
Fixed |
---|---|---|---|
RDRV |
Reliability Calculations / Reliability Driver. Possible values: 'OFF', 'PURGE', 'FULL' or a date in format 'MM-DD-YYYY' |
OFF |
NO |
RDRVACDT |
Work order date used by the reliability driver. ‘C' for Completion date (default) or 'R' for Reported.date. The value of this fixed parameter will be changed on execution of the reliability driver to the value of the equivalent install parameter RDRVUCDT in case the value of install parameter RDRV equals 'FULL'. |
YES |
|
RDRVAPCC |
Primary closing code used by the reliability driver. 'A' for Action code, 'C' for Cause code, 'F' for Failure code (default) or 'P' for Problem code. The value of this fixed parameter will be changed on execution of the reliability driver to the value of the equivalent install parameter RDRVUPCC in case the value of install parameter RDRV equals 'FULL'. |
YES |
|
RDRVASCC |
Secondary closing code used by the reliability driver. 'A' for Action code, 'C' for Cause code (default), 'F' for Failure code or 'P' for Problem code. The value of this fixed parameter will be changed on execution of the reliability driver to the value of the equivalent install parameter RDRVUSCC in case the value of install parameter RDRV equals 'FULL'. |
YES |
|
RDRVSTDT |
Start date (format 'MM-DD-YYYY') used in determining the time between failures of the first work order, in the Reliability Calculations. If entered, the system uses the greatest of this date and the equipment commission date to determine the time between failures of the first work order. If not entered, the system will use the first work order as the starting point of the calculations only, which effectively is the commission date of the equipment. |
NO |
|
RDRVUCDT |
User defined work order date used by the reliability driver. 'C' for Completion date (default) or 'R' for Reported.date. This value will be copied to install parameter RDRVACDT on the initial execution of the reliability driver and any execution thereafter in case the value of install parameter RDRV equals 'FULL'. |
C |
NO |
RDRVUPCC |
User defined primary closing code used by the reliability driver. 'A' for Action code, 'C' for Cause code, 'F' for Failure code (default) or 'P' for Problem code. This value will be copied to install parameter RDRVAPCC on the initial execution of the reliability driver and any execution thereafter in case the value of install parameter RDRV equals 'FULL'. |
F |
NO |
RDRVUSCC |
User defined secondary closing code used by the reliability driver. 'A' for Action code, 'C' for Cause code (default), 'F' for Failure code or 'P' for Problem code. This value will be copied to install parameter RDRVASCC on the initial execution of the reliability driver and any execution thereafter in case the value of install parameter RDRV equals 'FULL'. |
C |
NO |
