SG-13681 Screen Designer for Digital Work | Save Layout - Layout of User Defined Tab for clone screen is reset - HxGN EAM - 12.2.0.2 - Release Notes - Hexagon

Description

Since EAM 12.2 upgrade, screen designer for digital work screen now has support for User defined screens and User defined tabs. However, when updating the properties of available fields and saving the layout, it is actually reset, and the list of available fields is strange.

Steps to reproduce:

1. From Screens screen, clone WSJOBS.

2. From User Defined Screens screen, create tab for parent the WSJOBS clone from step 1.

3. On Fields tab, add required fields and some other nullable fields.

4. Generate the UDT.

5. On User Groups screen select R5 group, on Digital Work Menus tab add the WSJOBS clone from step 1.

6. On Screen Designer for Digital Work screen enter:

• Screen = the WSJOBS clone from step 1.

• Card = the UDT from step 4.

• Copy From Group = R5

• Save to Group(s) = R5

1. Load Layout to see the list of Available Fields.

2. Change the properties of some fields.

3. Save Layout.

Expected results: re-loaded layout keeps the changes.

Expected results: re-loaded layout looses the changes and displays a strange Available Fields list.
