After the 12.2 upgrade, when a customer tries to add a new user or update an existing user in EAM to add the Connector license and they have exceeded their Connector license, they receive an error Maximum number of active users for :PARAM1 has been exceeded or Maximum number of active users for Requestor has been exceeded. We would expect the system to show an error pertaining to the Connector license has been exceeded, not “PARAM1 or Requestor license. This causes the customer to think they’ve exceeded their Requestor license or something else other than exceeding Connector license. |
