Customer reported that, they returned a part from WO to store via pick ticket but due by unknown reason the transaction was hang, then he open another browser window and redo same return, both 2 return actions had been done with error, I got the reproduce steps below:
Expect result: EAM should accept only 1 return and reject another return with error msg; Actual result: both the 2 return actions had been done without error; then the Issued Qty in the part line of pick ticket becomes -1, and in the Parts tab of WO, the Used qty is also -1, and in the Transactions tab of Parts screen, can see the double return lines, all the results are wrong. |
