Description

Customer had around 2k of parts generated in Preview tab and when they select all the records to update order qty, the system hangs. They expect the standard EAM process to take care of updating 2k recs efficiently without system getting Hung (We operate 24 *7) and plan to to use EOQ at an Org Level . They already have 14 stores and if no Stores are selected in the Parameters tab, the Parts increased to 30K recs for all the stores. Is it possible to look into Fine-Tuning the EOQ process , so that it can efficiently update 2k recs without system getting hang?

Steps:

1. In Calculate EOQ, enter the Organization = SBSB, Date From = 01-OCT-2023, Date To = 31-OCT-2024, Store = BB and click on Process.

2. Click on Preview tab and click on Select to check all the records. Then click on Update Order Qty. and the system will hang after some time.

Expected Results : To be able to update 2k recs without system hang

Actual Results : System becomes unresponsive
