The customer is getting the error "The system failed to carry out this function because of the environment or configuration problems." when trying to create a new record in a Non-PO Receipt for a part track by asset. *Steps to reproduce:* 1- Material | Transactions | Non-PO Receipts 2- Select Receipt #67928 and click on Parts Tab 3- Add new record for the part code *MP002161* 4- Save the record Here the following error appears "The system failed to carry out this function because of the environment or configuration problems." *Actual Error:* Cannot create a Non-PO receipt record *Expected Results:* To create a Non-PO receipt record for a part track by asset Attach server.log |
