After 12.2 update duplicate closing codes (failure, cause, action) are displayed in Closing code structure lookup in the Closing tab. You can also see the same when opening the Failure code lookup on Work Order record view. Steps to reproduce: 1. Work Orders | Closing - open a failure, cause or action code lookup. Current behavior - duplicate values displayed. Expected behavior - unique values displayed. |
