A Lite user can only have 3 main screens, as many reports as he wants, Start Center and 360 overview screens. We created group and added 3 screens, then we tried to add Equipment Overview 360 and we got the error ‘Maximum number of lite screens exceeded’. However we can add the Equipment Overview 360 screen if we do this the following way * remove one of the 3 main screens added * Add the Equipment Overview 360 and all the clones. * then add again the the main screen you removed in step 1. This way it works. See attached document. |
