On latest EAM cloud upgrade v12.2, when the number of HxGN EAM users equals the number of licensed named seats on CDKEY, activating R5 user results in error: _The maximum number of defined users for HxGN EAM has been exceeded. Contact your System Administrator._ Whereas the use case EAM.ADMN.REQ.Users mentions *_Note_*_: The R5 user does not count as a Named seat._ *Steps to reproduce*: # Log in EAM with a valid CDKEY for limited number of named seats. # On User Setup screen, un-check "HxGN EAM" checkbox for R5 user. Save. # On User Setup list, make sure the number of "HxGN EAM" users (except USR_SYSMAN users) equals the CDKEY named seats. # On User Setup screen, check "HxGN EAM" checkbox for R5 user. Save. *Expected results*: R5 is successfully saved as "HxGN EAM". *Actual results*: error "_Maximum number of active users for HxGN EAM has been exceeded._" |
