To create availability: # Go to Employees screen and make sure you have 2 employees with the same Trade and different departments # Go to Shifts screen and verify that 2 different shift information is correct on the Record view and Days Tabs. # Add in Shifts | Employee tab, just one of the employees per shift. So you have 2 different shifts, each one with just one employee # Go to the WO Scheduling, select the calculate availability button, choose the Org, Trade, and Department, in the Start Date and End Date choose: 06/01/2024 - 06/30/2024, click Calculate. Do the same for both departments To schedule hours: In Availability Filters, in Schedule by select: Trade / Department and select the Trade used in Calculate Availability From the left side list choose one WO with the Trade and Department and drag it to one of the days, it will appear at the bottom, in Scheduled hours write 1 and save. Do the same for the other Department using the same day. Then in Availability Filters select one of the departments Actual Results: The availability appears for all departments of the same trade, but the calculation of hours remaining only includes the one of the departments selected Expected Results: Like a department has been selected then show only the availability for that department |
