# Create a new Task Plan, fill the necessary fields including the Checklist Follow-Up section # Add a checklist item of type Question (Yes/No) with a required entry and fill the rest of necessary fields # Add a checklist item of type Checklist Item with a required entry and fill the rest of necessary fields # Add another checklist item of type Checklist Item with a required entry and fill the rest of necessary fields # Go to Dynamic Checklist Conditions tab # In the Trigger Checklist Item select the Yes/No question, in Triger Condition Details select Yes # Add another record selecting again the Yes/No question, in Triger Condition Details select No # Go to the Dynamic Checklist tab # In the Checklist Condition field select the Question (Yes/No) with the Yes Triger 10. In the Dynamic Checklist Item lov select one of the checklist items and save 11. In the Checklist Condition field select the Question (Yes/No) with the No Triger 12. In the Dynamic Checklist Item lov select one of the checklist items and save 13. In the WO screen, add the Task Plan just created to a Work Order or create a new one 14. Go to the Checklist tab, answer the Question (Yes/No) with Yes and save, observe that another item appears as expected 15. Select Completed for that new item 16. Go to the Record View, and change the status to Completed Actual Results: An error message appears saying: Cannot complete the work order with required checklist items still pending. Expected Results: Being able to close the WO as all the dynamic checklist items are completed |
