When using Internal Authentication to log into Digital Work, users are presented with the following error message: "_The authentication server did not authenticate the user. Original message: :PARAM1_ " The logs further show an OIDC related problem during the authentication process. Steps to reproduce: # open the Digital Work app and go to the Settings screen # add the Tenant and Endpoint URL of an environment configured with SSO authentication (i.e. where LGNEAM=EXTERN) # enable the Internal Authentication button and make sure the Enable Single Sign On button is deactivated # go to the login screen and enter the EAM credentials Expected result: User should be logged in. Actual result: The user receives an error message stating: "_The authentication server did not authenticate the user. Original message: :PARAM1_ " |
