An equipment is used in a structure and linked to a part which is set to Track by asset. For the parent equipment of this equipment a work order is created. In the tab called Equipment replacement the equipment is changed for another equipment. When for that equipment the name is changed, an error popsup. The System Failed to Carry out this function because of the environment or configuration problems' It does not seem to be linked to previous issues with the Change equipment number process. *Actual results* Cannot change equipment number *Expected results* Should be able to change equipment number *Steps to reproduce* 1. Find/create an asset in a structure and set as Track by asset 2. Create a wo for the parent asset in work - work order 3. Go to Equipment replacement 4. Add the equipment (child) and select a new one and save 5. Click Actions - replace : checkbox processed will be checked 6. Go to Equipment - Asset 7. Record view - right click and choose Change Equipment Number 8. Enter new number and Save and will receive error |
