Complete these requirements before using EAM Rapid Request:

Install the HxGN EAM Rapid Request on the mobile device. iPhone and Android Phone are supported.

A network connection is required for both the EAM server and the mobile device.

An HxGN EAM Customer Service Request CD Key (7ISCDKEY install parameter). This is the same key used for the old Customer Service Request portal and the new Service Request Portal.

For the application to support documents uploaded to IDM, the user must be mapped to the Ming.le user.
