The system automatically updates the RFQ to All Quotation Received when all the quotations associated to the selected RFQ have a status of Received or Cancelled. User may select this status at the Requested Response Date to prevent quotations from being recorded after this specified time. If this status is selected, the system cancels any unfinished outstanding quotations. The All Quotations Received status enables the Selection.
