RFQ information is prevented from being changed once the RFQ has a status of Ready to Send. Ready to Send allows a user to review the RFQ information that was entered in the previous status before sending this information to the intended supplier for quotation. If changes are required, the status must be updated back to Unfinished to make the necessary modifications.
