This update can only be applied to an HxGN EAM environment with the EAM 12.0.0.2
build installed. To determine if the EAM 12.0.0.2 version is installed, log in to
HxGN EAM, click About and verify the version is 12.0.0 Build 2.
Please ensure that all of the latest hot fixes have been installed.
