Organizations need to be considered for various entities involved in this integration. These decisions have likely already been made depending on the EAM implementation path chosen for/by the customer. For this integration, specific organizations will be assigned to WO activities and to the Optimized Scheduler Setup records created to define which EAM records are sent to the Constraint Optimizer for dispatching purposes (see Optimized Scheduler Setup section for details).
Common or specific organizations can be used for entities such as Crews, Employees, Shifts, Vehicles, Equipment, etc., as normal within EAM.
