Create a new user status (Entity = AAST) that indicates the WO activity has been dispatched. The user status should be associated to the system status of D (Dispatched). These statuses are displayed on the work order activities page in the Assignment Status field. Once a WO activity is dispatched by the Constraint Optimizer and the dispatch assignment is returned to EAM, the activity Assignment Status is set to this new user status to indicate the activity has been dispatched.

This is the same process used by the GIS Map WO Dispatching screen when a crew/employee is dispatched to a WO activity.
