This panel will list all the email addresses entered during the creation of the record, if any. Additional email addresses can be entered clicking Add Email Address. This will open a popup letting the user add employees which have emails associated or enter email addresses not related to employees.
Adding a record to this panel, will trigger the email mechanism, which will send the notebook details to the specified email address. For more information on how to setup email triggers, see the HxGN EAM Notebook brief. The user can also opt to resend emails to recipients, which will trigger the email mechanism again, and will try to send details to the emails selected for resending.
User can delete records from this panel by selecting the record, and clicking Delete if the record has been ‘Saved as Draft’. Once synced, the records cannot be deleted from this panel.
