  • LOTO List View

    • Fields: Sequence, Step Number, Isolation Step checkbox, Isolation Method, Isolation Method Description, Isolation Method Revision, Energy Source, Residual Energy, Secondary Residual Energy, Isolation Point, Isolation Point Description, Equipment, Equipment Description, Location, Checklist Attached, LOTO Status.

    • Buttons: Add LOTO - shows the LOTO (Insert mode) panel; Isolated - allows the user to isolate the PTW; De-Isolated - allows the user to de-isolate the PTW.

    • User can select a LOTO by touching a record, which will open the Lockout/Tagout, Lockout/Tagout Details, Comments, Documents, Isolation Method Comments, Isolation Method Documents, Isolation Point Comments, and Isolation Point Documents panels in read-only mode.

  • LOTO Record View

    • First panel of LOTO Record View.

    • Fields: Sequence, Step Number, Isolation Step checkbox, Isolation Method, Isolation Method Description, Isolation Method Revision, Energy Source, Residual Energy, Secondary Residual Energy, Isolation Point, Isolation Point Description, Equipment, Equipment Description, Location.

    • Buttons: Edit LOTO - shows the LOTO (Edit mode) panel; Checklist - shows the checklist popup (if checklist is attached to the selected LOTO record).

  • LOTO > LOTO Details

    • Displays a list of all Comments for the.

    • Fields: Note, Location Note, Key References, Number of Tags, Complete Checkbox, Unable to Complete, Replaces LOTO, UDF’s (if any).

    • Buttons: Edit LOTO - shows the LOTO (Edit mode) panel; Checklist - shows the checklist popup (if checklist is attached to the selected LOTO record).

  • LOTO > Comments

    • Displays a list of all Comments for the LOTO record.

    • Fields: Comments.

  • LOTO > LOTO Documents

    • Displays a list of all Documents for the LOTO record.

    • Fields: Documents.

  • LOTO > Isolation Method Comments

    • Displays a list of all Isolation Method comments.

    • Fields: Comments.
