Specifically, the MOBGIMLR install parameter defines the name of the specific GIS layer in the ArcGIS Server feature service configured for display in EAM Mobile for Transit (MOBGMAP) which contains the Mains features – that is, the features to be isolated in calculation of a given solution. Likewise, the MOBGIVLR install parameter defines the name of the specific GIS layer which contains the Valves features to be included in any analysis. Again, it is important to recognize that both of these values are names of layers that must be present as a layer within the REST endpoint of the ArcGIS Server feature service specified by MOBGMAP; they cannot be layers from a separate ArcGIS Server feature service.
