If the user clicks the Isolate Main option after having selected a feature on the map from a layer specified as the Mains layer (i.e. a feature from the layer defined by the current MOBGIMLR install parameter value), the system will invoke Main Isolation mode. This option will be displayed in the EAM Equipment attributes panel only when the
required Main Isolation setup assumptions are met. See HxGN EAM Mobile for Transit
