Download data for all organizations, specific organizations, or specific users. To enable downloading data for multiple organizations, the MOBORG installation parameter must be set to YES.
The HxGN EAM Mobile Administrator should make the first sync on the mobile device and select the organizations the basic users will use for system data. Basic users can then select the user data organizations that apply to their work, such as their assigned work orders from specific organizations.
Only the HxGN EAM Mobile Administrator users have the right to download system data.
The fields available on the Organization Config screen differ based on whether an HxGN EAM Mobile Administrator user or a basic user
is logged in.
The system applies all organization configuration changes during the next sync. To configure organizations:

Select Option > Org Configure.

Apply a filter to the organization list as necessary. Refer to the following for more information:

To show all organizations, right-click and then select Options > Display All Orgs.

To show the organizations for which the user has access permission, right-click and then select Options > Display User Orgs.

To show organizations with system-related data downloaded, right-click and then select Options > Display Orgs for System Data.

To show organizations with user-related data downloaded, right-click and then select Options > Display Orgs for User Data.

Select the organization to configure, and then choose from the following options:

Download system data only
Select Download System Data for the selected organization. This option is only available for system administrator users.
Download system and user data
Select Download System Data and Download User Data for the selected organization. You cannot select to down load user data without selecting to download system data. This option is only available for system administrator users.
Download user data only
Select Download User Data for the selected organization.
To select Download System Data for all organizations, right-click, and then select Options > Check All System Data Org.
To select Download User Data for all organizations, right-click, and then select Options > Check All User Data Org.

Specify the data to download for additional organizations as necessary.

Click Save.
