When you use the reset work order activity function, the system resets the Status and Start Date and Start Time fields.

  1. Select Work > Work Order.

  2. Select the work order containing the activity to reset, and then select Options > Activity.

  3. Select the activity to reset, and then select Options > Reset Activity.

  4. Tap Yes.
