When the EAM web service is configured to authenticate the user through ROPC, the user can log in to the Mobile Offline app with their User ID and Password configured with IDP outside of EAM Server.
The EAM server must be configured with install parameter LGNMOB = ROPC.

ROPC supports Azure, AD FS and OKTA. AD FS support is from ADFS 4.0 and newer. ROPC
does not support authentication with Multi-Factor Authentication
