A number of customers have expressed the need to have access to EAM while in the field and to perform work interactively with the EAM application.
These features have been made available to customers for utilization in the field via the EAM Connected/Disconnected edition. The key difference between Connected and Disconnected are simply Connected requires a network connection and pulls down less data locally, where as Disconnected will pull down more data since it does not require network connectivity.

The Work Order module supports ongoing activities to monitor and maintain a facility and all its grounds and equipment assets. Work orders can be independent or part of a larger project.

The Equipment module supports the organization, structure, and use of a company’s material possessions. The Equipment module additionally provides asset information in support of work cycle management.

Work Requests identify problems and give notification to appropriate personnel for screening, evaluation, planning, and scheduling.

Asset inventory will facilitate more accurate tracking of equipment throughout a facility or campus environment and to support inspections or audits as needed.
