Base EAM enhancements - HxGN EAM - 12.0 - Mobile - Hexagon

The following features were added to Digital Work, as they were added to base EAM to be in PARITY:

Checklist enhancements

• Support for color icon – The color icon will show up at the line level, if setup at the Task Plan | Checklist AND added to the dataspy

• Comments and Documents attached - If comments and documents exist for the checklist line, an icon next to the View Checklist Item Comments and Add/Edit Checklist Item Documents, will appear respectively, indicating the count. If none exist for either, this counter will not be displayed. For this counter to be displayed in the first place, the ‘Comments Attached’ and ‘Documents Attached’ will have to be added to the Dataspy in base EAM. If the user adds/removes documents on the device, the count will be updated, only when the user refreshes the checklist grid.

  Note: This indicator has also been added to the Equipment | Checklist and Operator Checklist form as well

• Nonconformity type changes – If the user enters or changes nonconformity type, the system will default the nonconformity type organization field. Similar rules apply for clearing this field as well. If the user enters or changes Nonconformity Type and Checklist Type is ‘Nonconformity Check’ and OK and Nonconformity are both still unselected and Severity is still blank, then the system will: Default Severity from the selected Nonconformity Type associated with the Aspect of the checklist item, providing this Severity is also found in the list of Possible Severities.
