Map View | Create Feature | Add Equipment – Ability to create an EAM equipment record that will be associated to the selected map feature via the GIS ID has been added. A new button will be available on the Edit Feature callout that when clicked, will use the field mapping records available (i.e., Map Feature Attributes screen in ArcMap EAM Toolbar or ArcGIS Pro EAM Add-In) and attribute data available on the selected feature, to create a new EAM equipment record for the feature. A unique GIS ID value will be generated and assigned to the map feature and the new EAM equipment record, linking the two records. The Add Equipment button can be used when populating GIS attribute data for a new feature or it is available from the Edit Feature callout for existing features that have NOT been linked to EAM equipment.

Map View | Dispatch Sequence – If the Constraint Optimizer integration with EAM is being utilized to dispatch WO activities, the Map View screen within the Digital Work mobile application will now display the dispatch Sequence for these activities and the logged in employee/crew. The dispatch Sequence will be displayed in 2 places:

The Sequence assigned to each WO activity in the grid will be displayed on the grid record itself.

If any of the work order activities represented by a WO pin on the map have a dispatching record with a Sequence assigned, the system will display the lowest Sequence value from all those work order activities. This Sequence will be displayed with the WO pin.

Notes:

Only work order activities where the Completed checkbox is unselected AND Assignment Status <> ANY value in the ACTDISCP organization option for the WO org, will be considered when determining the Sequence to display. If activity does NOT meet these criteria, the system will NOT display the Sequence. In other words, the activity cannot be ‘completed’ and the Assignment Status cannot indicate that the work is done, for dispatching purposes.

The Sequence value displayed for the WO pin will be refreshed each time the map is refreshed or loaded. For example, if a WO pin has 2 un-completed activities whose Sequence is 2 & 4 respectively, the system will display a "2" for Sequence. If the user hyperlinks to the Work Order screen and completes the sequence 2 activity, then returns to the Map View, the system will update the WO pin Sequence to "4". Changing Assignment Status may cause the Sequence to change as well.

If an activity has been dispatched by the Constraint Optimizer, it will be available on the Digital Work user’s device if either of the following is TRUE:

It is dispatched to the logged in user (employee associated to the user is shown on dispatching record).

It is dispatched to a Crew where the logged in user (associated employee) has the ‘Determines Crew Location for Dispatching’ checkbox selected and is a valid member of the same Crew.

Activities that are dispatched using the GIS Map WO Dispatching screen in EAM will NOT have a dispatch Sequence assigned. Therefore, this functionality does NOT apply to activities dispatched using the GIS Map WO Dispatching screen.

The following features were added to Digital Work, as they were added to base EAM to be in PARITY:

UDF on Pick Tickets screen: Additional UDF fields were added (30 Character ,5 Date, 5 Number
5 Checkbox, 2 Note fields)

Support for Icon Images: In addition to supporting color icons on list and record views for select entities, Icon Images will also be supported now i.e., if setup either on the System Codes and/or Classes screen in base EAM.

The following entities will have Color Icon / Icon Image show up in the list and record view: In the record view, it will appear at the field level (card view – view mode):

On the System Codes Screen

EVST (Work Order status) – On The Work Order screen
JBPR (WO Priority) – On the Work Order screen

PWRS (Risk) – On the Permit to Work screen

On the Classes Screen

OBJ (Equipment) – On the Assets/Systems/Positions screen

PART (Part) – On the parts screen

When an icon path is specified for any of these above system codes, it will not be honored in here i.e., it will treat it like NULL value is specified on the Icon field.

Physical Inventory – Capability to handle parts tracked by asset: The features, popups and fields added in base EAM were added in digital work as well

Checklist – Support for new checklist line entity: To support collecting part numbers and equipment numbers, we added a new Entity checklist type. You can use the lookup or type in the code manually. If you use the lookup, the associated organization will automatically be filled in.

Account Segment Value: This field was added to the Classes, Tools and Crews screen

Created from CU Estimate: This checkbox was added to the Work Order | Activities tab

Additional work order UDF’s: Additional UDF fields were added to the PM Schedules | Equipment tab and the Release Individual PM Work orders screen

Case Management: Added the root cause analysis and equipment reliability fields.
