Multiple changes have been made to the Work Order schedule screen to enhance the user experience.
A View button has been added to the header, to seamlessly switch between a ‘Calendar View’ and ‘Schedule View’ for any given day – to view the schedule labor records associated to the employee of the logged in user.
In the Calendar View:

The user can view a list of schedule labor record(s) for the employee associated to the logged in user, sorted by Start Time in ascending order

If the labor record has a Scheduled Start Time, the Start Time will be displayed next to labor record in the time column

The Labor record will display the following fields:

Work Order Code – Description

Activity

Scheduled Hours

In the Schedule View:

The user can view a list of scheduled labor record(s) for the employee associated to the logged in user, sorted by Work Order – Activity in ascending order

The Labor record will display the following fields:

Assignment Status

Scheduled Hours

Header Equipment Code – Description

For either of these views:

Current Date and Total hours are displayed on the top of this list.

The user can move forward or backward to a specific date, using the date selector fields on the top.

Touching anywhere on the record will take the user to the Work Order screen and populate the work order number in the header and run the dataspy set.

The user can optionally configure color icons to be displayed as per the AAST entity on the system codes screen. When a color has been set for an Activity Assignment Status, the system will display an indicator (shaded bar in the color and highlight the scheduled labor record - set for the activity assignment status record) and show the description of the activity assignment status in the list. The system will also highlight the activity assignment status field using the same color.
