The From Point and To Points follow the usual numeric formatting rules for thousand separator and decimal point, as defined on the Locales screen. Additionally, an extra alternate From Point and To Point can be displayed using the install parameter ALTPOINT. If set to PLUS100 the alternate From Point and To Point will appear on the screens, usually directly underneath the From Point and To Point on the detail views and between parenthesis in the same column as the From Point and To Point in the grids.
