If the user changes these fields in the Holder Details section on a Ring and saves the record, the system updates the associated Key records to the Ring (Key records where Parent Ring = Ring) by clearing and populating the fields with the same values: Employee, Employee Description, Employee Org., Job Title, Department, Issue Date, Issue Expiration Date, and Holder Notes.
