Before the investment planning process can return any results, you need to setup the investment plan. The investment plan is a collection of budget information, equipment, and capital planning requests for which you want to know the investment costs and the implications of those costs on the budget for the different future planning periods under consideration. The investment plan is defined on the Investment Planning screen.
