Generate Summary Report for Investment Plan - HxGN EAM - Administration & Configuration - Hexagon

This procedure allows the user to view the Summary Reports for an Investment Plan.

Click the Reports tab and then click the report to be viewed:

• Baseline Cost & Budget By Planning Period

  1. Click the Planning Results ellipses and select the result.

  2. Select the Start Period and End Period.

  3. Click RUN and then OK.

• Planning Results by Equipment Class

  1. Click the Planning Results ellipses and select the result.

  2. Click the Equipment Class ellipsis and select the required equipment class.

  3. Click RUN and then OK.

• Planning Results by Funding Type

  1. Click the Planning Results ellipses and select the result.

  2. Click RUN and then OK.
