The HxGN EAM Inbox/Outbox is where messages for HxGN EAM are sent and received. It is also referred to as Infor® OnRamp Inbox/Outbox. It must reside in a database schema. The HxGN EAM database schema itself can be used, or a different database schema can be used for this purpose. If you implement HxGN EAM with multiple tenants (which means multiple database schemas are used for HxGN EAM, one for each tenant), you need to designate one schema (dedicated or otherwise) for all tenants.
In cases where you use a dedicated database schema (not of any EAM tenant database schema), you need to create Infor ION® Inbox/Outbox tables using a script which can be found in the Infor ION® installation package. Alternatively, this script can be requested by referencing HxGN EAM SCR-37785 through HxGN EAM technical support.
