The following diagram illustrates a typical message flow when HxGN EAM functions as a maintenance system to supply data for Infor® Dashboard Maintenance Planner role. Infor® Reporting Core is the content source for Infor® Dashboard.

The following are a list of the involved message flows and their brief descriptions.

  • ProcessCodeDefinition is used to synchrinize the lookup data in maintenance order related metrics in Dashboard and the corresponding data in InforEAM. These data include Accounting Entities, Cost Centers, Maintenance Order Types, Departments, MRO Classes for work orders, PM Schedules. HxGN EAM will send these data through ProcessCodeDefinition messages. HxGN EAM can also send a ProcessCodeDefinition message for a code list with listID= ‘DIMENSIONS’.

  • When an asset is created or updated in HxGN EAM, a ProcessAssetMaster message will be sent out from HxGN EAM.

  • When a work order is created or updated in HxGN EAM with status of Released or Completed, a SyncMaintenanceOrder message will be sent out from HxGN EAM.

When a meter reading record is added in HxGN EAM or asset sustainability calculation, routine (green calculation) is run and the new green calculation data is made available in HxGN EAM, SyncAssetMeterReading messages will be sent out from HxGN EAM.
