The highlighted rows for the R5 user indicate records that may need to be added for the HOSPADMN and HOSPUSER users. If the integration will need to import rooms that are marked as inactive in HMS to EAM, enter the status authorization of ‘-‘ to ‘Withdrawn.’ For instances where a room is put back into service within HMS to then be reflected as active in EAM, enter the status authorization of ‘Withdrawn’ to ‘Installed.’
