If a Call Center Incident requires some maintenance work for an Event Room for resolution, a work order will be created in EAM. The EAM work order will include a reference to the Call Center Incident.
Data will be transmitted from EAM to create a work order in HMS. In the current HMS 3.0 release, the work order messages for Event Room work orders will not be imported. Note, when viewing the Inbound Message queue in HMS, the HMS user will see errors for Event room work orders transmitted from EAM.
